Thomas Lim has more than 20 years experience in real estate industry. He comes from an engineering and investment banking background.

He has previously operated his own estate agency practice before joining us in 2016 and currently serves as our chief operating officer, director and principal as well as head of compliance.

Rajaghantham possess wide experience in various fields such as traffic and transport planning & consultancy, building construction and contracts before venturing into real estate in 1997. He sat for Board Exam (Part 1 &2) between the years 1998 and 2004 and finally got his license (E1925) to practice estate agency in 2007. He immediately started his own firm RG Properties in Jalan Ipoh Kuala Lumpur. In 2014, after passing the Direct Final PMVS Exams by RISM, he closed his firm to pursue his interest on valuation practices and joined Raine Horne International Zaki & Partners as their General Manager and Probationer Valuer (PV1607). In 2017, he joined Meridin Properties and continued his career in real estate while pursuing wider knowledge in property management field. He was awarded the Property Manager license (PM2169) in 2019.
